Thank you Lucy, for tea, toast and the lift down into Fowey. Feeling really quite rough this morning and hard to get going so treated myself to fruity breakfast in a great little cafe - Pinky Murphy's. Eventually after a trip to the chemist, managed to get going, albeit slowly. Had a nice walk around Gribbin Head and then revived myself with tea & biscuits at Polkerris. Quite a bit of road walking round to Charlestown, have to say Par beach and around were nicer than I expected. A lovely welcome at my B & B and a bath certainly helped me to start to feel better : )

Day 22: Fowey to Porthpean
